Welcome to StartupJurist, a provider of legal support for entrepreneurs and founders worldwide. These Terms govern your use of our website at startupjurist.biz and our offerings.

1. Scope of Offerings

1.1 Legal Services

We deliver a range of legal services designed for company formation, contract drafting, compliance reviews and advisory support. These services are provided remotely or on site at Museumstrasse 2, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland.

1.2 Educational Materials

We offer electronic publications, video tutorials and online courses developed for startup founders. Access is granted upon full clearance of associated fees.

1.3 Physical Products

We may supply branded merchandise such as stationery or printed guides. Delivery is arranged to your specified address.

2. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in Swiss francs. Payments are processed via approved methods. You agree to pay all applicable fees before we commence any service or dispatch any product or content.

3. Refund and Service Transfer Policy

We understand that requirements may change. Please review the following conditions:

3.1 Legal Services

Standard consultations may be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance at no additional charge. If you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment, we offer no reimbursement due to preparation and allocation of expert time.

Custom engagement packages, once initiated, cannot be cancelled or reimbursed as they involve immediate allocation of resources and specialized work.

3.2 Educational Materials

Access to electronic publications and online courses may be revoked within 14 days of purchase, provided no access credentials have been used. If you request revocation within this period, we will reimburse your fee via the original payment channel.

3.3 Physical Products

You may request return of physical items within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition. Approved returns will be collected at our expense and a reimbursement will be issued upon receipt and inspection.

4. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on our website with the date of revision. Continued use of our offerings after changes indicates acceptance.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StartupJurist and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from use of our offerings.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute shall be resolved by the courts of Zurich.
